The following are frequently asked questions regarding our personalized wrapper designs.

How much do wrappers cost to purchase?

How long will my order take?

Birth Announcements are processed in 2-3 days. All other orders are processing within 3 - 4 days. Please remember shipping time is in addition to processing time. Orders with a photograph will be processed from the date the photo is received.

If you require your order to be processed in a shorter time frame, please contact us. A rush fee may be charged.

For other special occasions or weddings, we suggest you place your order 2 – 3 weeks in advance. This ensures you receive your order in time for your special event.

Do you have miniature bar wrapper designs available?

Absolutely. All of the miniature designs are not shown. Most of the large bars have matching miniatures and mintbooks available. If you are interested in a miniature that is not shown, give us a call. We probably have one but it hasn’t been listed yet.

How can I avoid melted chocolate in shipping?

1. Order during cooler months.
2. Order wrappers only.
3. During warmer months, chocolate will be shipped with reusable ice packs for an additional $10
4. Have you bars shipped Next Day.

Our orders are shipped Priority Mail and should arrive in 2-3 days. Please make sure they will be delivered to an address where someone will be there to get them. Your chocolate will soften if left outside in warm temperatures.

Please Note: During the warmer months, we recommend that you have your order shipped Next Day. We cannot be responsible for chocolate bars that melt or become damaged during warmer months unless shipped by one this method.

We cannot be responsible for chocolate bars that are left outside in warm temperatures – someone must be home to receive the order.

Can I put a photo on any design?

Yes. Most designs can incorporate a photo.

Professional photos with a copyright on the back of their photo do require permission from the photography studio to reproduce. This is usually a very simple process of calling the photographer and asking them to type or hand write a note stating that they give permission to you to request a one time reproduction of their photo onto your candy wrappers.

Your photo will be returned with your order.

There is a $5.00 fee for incorporating a photo and $5.00 for each additional photo. Photo’s can be emailed or sent through the mail. If you send your photo through email, we will send a confirmation of receipt. Photo’s should be sent in a jpg format and scanned at 300 dpi. NOTE: The better quality photo you provide, the better it will turn out on your wrappers.

Please indicate how you will be sending your photo on the order form.

Do you do anything for multiple births or occasions not shown?

Yes. Any design can be reworded to fit any occasion. Choose a birth announcement design and reword it to celebrate any number of babies.

Can you send a proof of my wrapper?

Yes. Just let us know when you place your order. Your proof can be emailed to you or if time permits, it can also be snail mailed to you.

Can you make changes to the colors of wrapper designs offered?

Some of our designs are available in other colors. Give us a call if you see something but the color is not quite right. We may be able to make some variations in the color.

Can you create a custom designed wrapper for a business/corporate order if I need you to include our logo, slogan, colors, and/or photos?

Just contact us and let us know what you need. You can send us via mail, e-mail, and fax all pertinent information and we’ll work together. We can fax or email you proofs, and if there is enough time, we can even snail mail you color proofs. Call us for information and pricing for business orders. (A one-time design fee may apply).

What kind of chocolate bars do you use?

We use only Hershey’s® Milk Chocolate for our full size wrappers. Orders for miniature size wrappers will include Hershey’s® Miniatures and will be a mixture of Krackle®, Special Dark® (gold foil ends), Milk Chocolate, and Mr. Goodbar®.

What if I didn’t see what I had in mind, can something special be made?

Yes! I you require something specific that is not shown on our site, please give us a call to see if it can be designed for you. If we will be able to reuse the design we create again for other customers, there will be no custom design charge. Otherwise, there may be a minimal custom design charge.

Can I order wrappers only and wrap the bars at home myself?

Yes, you may order your personalized wrapper without the chocolate. The wrappers are shipped with wrapping instructions. We recommend using a food safe glue as your adhesive. Each full size wrapper comes with the foil color of your choice.

How do I make changes to an order?

Please contact us immediately at 804-780-0017 or (email) if you need to make changes to an order. We can only make changes if your order has not been printed. Once the order has been printed, no changes can be made.
